Featuring heavy duty stainless steel construction with industrial strength motor and brass extruder chamber it is ideal for use at small restaurants, delis, by caterers, and for pasta enthusiasts wanting to make fresh pasta at home. The Dolly III is capable of making 1.5kg/hr per batch and can extrude short and long pastas along with sheets for making lasagna and ravioli. An electric cutting motor with speed adjustment is included along with 4 standard dies of your choice.
