EC140/250 - Cappelletti & Tortellone Maker

Fully automatic machine with interchangeable moulds for the production of small and medium sized Cappelletti, Tortelloni and single sheet ravioli as squares and half-moons stuffed with meat or cheese. The thickness of dough sheet is adjustable. Filling system is continuous with precise individual portion of control, amount may be adjusted by simple turn of the dial during production. All the parts in contact with the filling are in materials suitable for the food industry.
