The GN6 is made for the production of traditional gnocchi shape products using fresh potatoes, dehydrated potatoes flakes, or flour. The gnocchi forming parts are easily removable to adjust the gnocchi size, length, and ridges. All parts in contact with the dough are constructed of approved materials suitable for food preparation and provide maximum protection against corrosion. They can also be disassembled for cleaning.
