The MP160 Evo is the newest and most compact standalone ravioli machine available. Designed to produce a high volume of ravioli (50-80 pounds per hour), the MP160 Evo features a large selection of interchangeable ravioli moulds (over 50 available) for a variety of ravioli production. The MP160 Evo accepts 160mm wide sheets of pasta. Ravioli stuffing is placed inside a filling canister and filling dosage can be adjusted depending on ravioli shape and desired fill amount. The MP160 Evo brings the production of large floor standing ravioli machines in a compact tabletop design.
