The Largo is the largest oven in the Vesuvio line. Designed for high volume restaurants, Largo has a capacity of up to 150 covers per hour. With a cooking temperature range of 570 to 660 degrees Farenheit, Vesuvio ovens offer high temperature cooking that reduces cooking times and retains juiciness and taste. Veusvio ovens are hand built in Puebla, Mexico of heavy-duty stainless steel. Sanitation approved. (NSF, ETL)
